Payment process
For quicker processing, we advise all account holders to deposit funds into their trading account via the Secure Client Area. Within your Secure Client Area, you can fund your account in real time using one of the instant funding methods. In some cases, deposits may take up to an hour to be processed into the designated trading account. Such delays are beyond Iron Bulls’ control, and we are not responsible for any losses or additional losses incurred.
Security of Funds
When depositing funds into your trading account, client money is securely held in Segregated Client Money Accounts with Top-Tier International Banks. Electronic payments are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and encrypted for enhanced security. All payment details remain confidential and are used solely for funding your trading account with Iron Bulls.
Bank Fees
Iron Bulls does not impose any extra fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, please note that some international banking institutions may charge intermediary fees on transactions. Iron Bulls is not responsible for any such bank fees.
Third Party Payments
Iron Bulls does not accept payments from third parties. Please make sure that all deposits into your trading account originate from a bank account in your name. Payments from joint bank accounts or credit cards are permitted, provided the trading account holder is one of the named account holders.
Important Notes:
- The cutoff time for withdrawal requests is 12:00 AEST/AEDT. Requests submitted before this time will be processed on the same business day, while those submitted afterward will be processed on the next business day.
- Iron Bulls does not impose additional fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, some banking institutions may apply extra charges, for which Iron Bulls holds no responsibility.
- Funds within your trading account(s) are intended exclusively for trading purposes. If deposits have not been used for trading, a processing fee may be applied to your withdrawal.
- International Bank Wire Transfers may take up to 14 days and could incur intermediary and/or beneficiary bank fees.
- Credit/Debit Card withdrawals* are processed free of charge. Once approved, they typically take 3-5 business days to reach your account, though in rare cases, processing may extend up to 10 business days depending on the bank’s policies.
*Please note that Credit Card withdrawals may not be available in all countries.
- If you wish to withdraw an amount exceeding the total deposited via Verified by Visa/MasterCard Secure Credit/Debit Card, you must use a previously used deposit method or opt for a bank wire transfer.
- Withdrawals via PayPal, Neteller, or Skrill must be directed to the same account from which the original deposit was made. These transactions are processed free of charge and are instant once approved.
- If your registered credit/debit card has expired, upload the new card details in your Client Area to continue using deposit and withdrawal services without interruptions. If the new card number differs from the expired one, a letter from the issuing bank confirming it as a replacement is required.
- If your registered card has been lost, stolen, damaged, or canceled, you must provide a letter from the issuing bank confirming that the old card is no longer valid.
- If the newly registered card has not been used for funding before requesting a withdrawal, a small deposit must be made to activate the withdrawal function on that card.
- Iron Bulls reserves the right to request supporting documents, such as deposit receipts or card statements, before processing withdrawals to a newly registered card.
- To withdraw an amount exceeding the deposit made via Verified by Visa/MasterCard Secure Credit/Debit Card, you must use an alternative previously used deposit method or a bank wire transfer.
- Webmoney transactions are processed through Ingenico ePayments (formerly Global Collect), which does not allow Webmoney refunds. As a result, all Webmoney deposits must be withdrawn via bank transfer, which may incur additional charges. Once processed, these bank transfers typically take 3-5 business days to reach your bank account.
- For accounts funded via Fasapay, withdrawals are processed through bank wire transfers, which may include additional charges. These transactions usually take 3-5 business days to be completed.
- Withdrawals for accounts funded via Poli or Bpay are processed through bank wire transfers. If withdrawn to a domestic bank account in Australia, no additional charges apply, and the funds generally reach your account within 2-3 business days.
- Withdrawals from accounts funded by Rapidpay or Klarna are also processed through bank wire transfers, potentially incurring additional charges. These transactions generally take 3-5 business days to be completed.
- For first-time wire transfer withdrawals, you must provide a copy of your bank statement for the registered bank account.
- For first-time Vietnamese Internet Banking withdrawals, a copy of your registered bank account statement is required.
- If withdrawing funds deposited via Thai Internet Banking to a Thai bank account, you must upload a clear image or a color scan of your bank book. Once processed, the funds will typically reach your account within one business day.
- Iron Bulls does not process withdrawals to third parties. Ensure that all withdrawal requests are directed to a bank account or source in your name. Payments to joint bank accounts or credit cards are permitted only if the trading account holder is one of the listed account holders.
